Help plz
Me and my mother want to buy an apartment cuz we don't want to live renting for the rest of our lives
I saw an apartment for 61k euros, it is a first floor, 80m2 860 sqft,2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,large kitchen and dining/living room and a small interior patio. It looks perfect, the elevator doesn't work yet but it's not a problem
What I don't like is that it uses plasterboard walls (American walls) and they are super fragile,it has no lights and no furniture.
The thing is that I like the apartment I'm in,even though I'm renting I like being here.
The apartment I live in is more or less the same size as the previous one,it has 1 short kitchen but it can be expanded,3 bedrooms,1 bathroom and a pretty good dining/living room, there is no interior patio.
I have spoken with the landlord and he may sell it to me, I have lived here for 12 years and paid only 200 euros a month in rent, a total of 28,800 euros that I have paid in rent.
I have grown up here and no matter how beautiful or modern the other apartments are, they are not going to feel the same as this one.
I consider this apartment my home and my safe place, not to mention that the views are good, I can see a little more of the city and the sea in the background.
If I can get the apartment I live in now for about 47k, I'll buy it, but if the landlord goes overboard with the price and asks for 55k or more, I'll pass, unless he gives me exclusive use of the roof or includes the storage room on the ground floor. .
Although one of my aunts says to buy the apartment for 61k euros because it is big, but then I have to take out home insurance, set alarms, hire an electrician,pay to move and get used to living there.
However, in this case I don't have to do absolutely anything,just pay and it's mine,another aunt of mine understands this decision.
It's not about whether a flat is new or old, it's about whether I feel good in it and not feeling like I've wasted money

I've started working on ways to create my own flows of income, even if it's small, to be free and live the life I want to live instead of slaving away in a job that I fucking hate for the next 40 years.

Remember that you don't have to do something that's going make you a millionaire, but you should aim to do something that can provide a basic salary and you can do whatever the fuck you want.
