Get a job, any job, as soon as possible, and start accumulating
Open a bunch of accounts with places that have no minimums, brokers like Fidelity or Schwab offer you practically unlimited cash management accounts that can instantly transfer between each other and also set money into different places for organizational purposes.
Whatever job you do make sure it has some form of upward mobility, if you are starting at the bottom of the wagie ladder, being a bank teller is probably the best off the street no degree havin job out there. After a year or so you can easily push your way out of that branch and into an office.
Other options include being an owner operator truck driver and making money 24/7, dedicate your life to the road and do one job after the other. Ship something from Phoenix to Vegas, Vegas to SLC, SLC to Denver, Denver to Dallas, on and on, just don't stop, you can easily make well into 6 figures like that. The biggest thing is not a lot of people are willing to do that, but when you hear about truckers making $150k+ that's what they do, city to city, load to load, only returning to the previous location if someone needs something shipped back.
Or finally go to a university, but you must pick one in the top 50, literally go on chat gpt type in "what are the top 50 universities in the United States" and throw a dart at one. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT pick a college not on that list, I plead with you. There's a reason those schools are on that list, they have the respected curriculums that take no prisoners in STEM. And employers absolutely know this. This is the key to higher education that matters, they tell you school doesn't matter, but IT ABSOLUTELY DOES. They are LYING to you because if all 6000 schools in the US were "the same" every field would be oversaturated. The networking opportunities you will receive at those schools will outweigh any type of "tailored" curriculum at some no name school.

Also, avoid loans if at all possible. I don't know why this isn't repeated ad infinitum. Look at how much money you pay over the course of the entire loan. It's absurd. Interest has you paying the whole price of the car, home or whatever before the principle even starts, which is when you start actually paying on the actual thing. It's usury and I say fuck usury. If you must get a loan, pay that sucker off as soon as possible, you'll save a mountain of money.

Yeah even with fuel, a used car is much cheaper than an EV. Don't go to college immediately after high school. For the next seven years focus on earning as much money as possible and invest it in the stock market.
