BULL CASE
is grayscale a monumental win?
does it mean the ETF is a given?
if so, would this be the beginning of steady rise?

BEAR CASE
very little attention in crypto?
China/japan could trigger a credit event over the next few 6-12 months?
interest rate hikes from last year are just beginning to take effect into the economy?

these are confusing times. there are strong cases for both bull and bear.
what do you think biz?

Means nothing if they reject the ETFs again until 2024. One bad news and we drop back to 25k

people are saying the ETF is likely a given now
https://www.coindesk.com/policy/2023/08/30/grayscale-victory-against-sec-clears-path-for-spot-bitcoin-etfs-bernstein/

if so, isn't this massively bullish? most people are fading this ETF news?

it can be postponed until march 2024. SEC will delay it for blackrock to accumulate more coins. See you at 23k

Grayscales case was basically the SEC had no reason to deny the first time Grayscale tried start an ETF. It can go two ways, it gates delayed until March 2024, or Grayscales ETF gets approved and in sense they have to mass approve the ETF applications because of the same reason for delaying to March 2024, it's so that other ETFs have a fair playing field (LOL).

What I don't get is, wouldn't a BTC ETF look more attractive at a higher price range than what it is now?

>BEAR CASE

Yeah they will launch a crypto reality show
>China/japan could trigger a credit event over the next few 6-12 months?
China IDK as for Japan that is facing deflation, that is very easy too fix by printing more money or lowering tax
>interest rate hikes from last year are just beginning to take effect into the economy?
Fed will prob pivot next meeting, source voices in my head.
