Seriously where are all these people getting this money? I barely make $4k a month and still have live in the ghetto because everything is so ridiculously expensive.

You can get cheap rents (under 1000) anywhere else and under 600 in the midwest
Supply and demand

Also not pictured certain demographics getting free housing from government thus cheap housing no longer exists in the free market as normies feel the need to live in aspirational homes
