Just the fact that you can't go and buy whatever medication you like is an infringement in the free market, instead you have a system where specialists get accredited by the government. Them and them only can prescribe sanctioned chemicals in very specific situations in specific amounts and if the doctors don't follow the guidelines they lose their license to practice medicine.
