Nah. Down payment was 25%. Mortgage gets paid off 10,000. So an investment of $50k (25% down payment) is yielding $10k before taxes plus the in investment is secured by a fixed asset.

I made tipping mandatory for my online payflow by charging "processing fees" (i dont accept credit cards). Generally a 10% tip is bare minimum for me to not consider running the evict/raise rent power combo on lease expiry. But that's up to the rentoid and how bad they want it.

Landlord anons, is there any point to me tidying and cleaning before I move out?
The place is in decent condition anyway, and I could spruce it up to be ready to be reused, but I won't bother if my deposit is going to be kept regardless. I've left previous places in better condition than I found them and had my deposit taken so I wanted to know if it's random by landlord or if I can actually do something to keep it.
