If I had to give advice, (mostly) avoid anything that was in the last bull run. Most of them never have lift off after one bull run (once ever 4 years). ETH and BTC are the exception. Nice I do that already. My running strategy though is a lot of newer layer ones because most crypto doesn't reach new ATHs in their 2nd bullrun. Staying away from AI and meta. Their narratives are gay and the fuse burnt way too quick. Gaming however could be huge. Have a small bag of GFAL rn and trying to scope out something that has actually good games that aren't fucking trash. Whoever comes up with a CS:GO-like auction house for skins, that are paid for with a token, and then those skins are NFTs that can cross into other games (like all games on the Activision-chain as a theoretical example) then holy fuck.

AI narrative isn't difficult, if you know nvidia whole market cap is more than the aggregated crypto market alone. That $Rndr was overvalued (presented alongside mac kek) and $Akt was legit, well funded, and would kinda stabilize at half or so the market cap of render.

AKT aims to be a cloud compute provider, descentralized, and has many many details to look into if you like it.

If you're bored, just look at old coins and dates, see if you find some pattern, for instance, you don't have to time exactly your buys for projects that are winners, if you find them, Avalanche traded at single digits $3 to $6 for months (sept to december 2020) before going to over $100.
