How do I go about selling roblox items?

I want to resell roblox items on third party websites. I've done it before, I can make around $100-$150 daily from it.

But, how do I go about filing and paying taxes on this? Would I need to start a business and would I run into any legal troubles? I know it's against roblox TOS but it doesn't violate any laws as far as I know
