Why does walmart feel like just the "right" 21st century dystopia commerce store? I just don't feel it in target cause its tacky attempt at trying to be classier and its weird air it pumps in, too low testosterone feeling and women oriented. Amazon is just some abstract nonexistent thing but not wild and real feeling like ebay or craigslist. Dollar stores are too hard and upfront about being trashy feeling, like some kind of ghetto shop but corporate-ized taking soul out. Costco is just too big and bland and unwelcoming with its membership and receipt people. But walmart? I feel some kind of comfy in being there like it feels like the physical shopping experience in the tech dystopia done right like a balance of welcoming with an edge of real. Walmart stock would be retailer stock for me.

honestly, whats even the point of saving money nowadays?
inflation is outpacing my capital gains, I will never be able to afford a house or an apartment or a nice new car, even with my €800 savings rate it would take ages to buy one.
