I did sell in 2021 and I've been gradually buying back in since late last year. Not too late yet, but it will be soon. 2024 and 2025 will be the time to sell again.

Don't lose hope. There are always more opportunities waiting, provided you're not a retard.

I use negative indicators a lot, such as people who are sort of smart but not really. When they start buying, that's when you sell. If they say crypto is dead or just don't talk about it anymore, it's usually safe to buy.

$2.5 mil to $350k here. Starting a new wagie job today, having heart palpitations. At my last job had multiple anxiety attacks. I’ll probably have a heart attack at this rate. Could have saved myself, held like a fool thinking the top wasn’t in yet. Volatility and 10% drops in crypto become a drop in the bucket after a while, it becomes hard to decipher when to really sell and when to suck it up. If I was the type to sell I probably would have done it long before I got to $2.5 million. My mistake was not having a realistic cash out number, I set it way too high because I didn’t spend a handful of hours trying to properly think through what the money meant at the time.

I hope we get another chance, OP, but just given how many people are in similar positions I think we may not. Lots of sell pressure on the way up, if there even will be a way up. Too many Reddit posts about “the next bull run”. Everyone thinks it’s a given. That usually means it’s not.

I had $65K in DIVI back in February 2021. It's worth like $500 at most now. Terrified to check. Went from 20+ cents to .002 last I looked. Had I sold I would have paid $30-$40K to the IRS so I didn't bother.

Since then I've left my wife, divorcing her right now, I'm currently running a business as a photographer and couch surfing. Saving up fiat for a cash deposit on my own home. I've got about £60,000 in crypto and I have faith in this coming halvening. I hope I can walk away with £400,000 after taxes, clear my mortgage and be free of my old life.

Keep going my brothers. Don't give up now.

Good but still not really a bad idea to have much fun sweet juicy experience on metaverse with VR/AR technology while earning in GLW.

Yeah, may be not now, but in the next few good years. I still believe in a number of coins esp Itheum and Ride, the returns from just tossing them in the metastaking pool is a big yes for me while we wait for bull season.

You've already weathered most of the bear market, may as well wait until the next bullrun and see how you do, otherwise your suffering was for nothing.

>had I just fucking sold.
a common case in crypto. see the problem is most people don't realize crypto is a pump and dump scam until it's too late.
