With the ETF expense ratio in mind the yield difference between bills and 2 year notes isn't much. I'd rather lock in 5%+ for 2 years. If yields go a bit higher I won't lose much because of the duration, and if yields go lower I can sell my notes for a nice gain

I generally only play 1-3 tickers (FDs) because I don't like exposure on my fdport.

Inversely if it looked bullish (dxy) you'd know things are going to dip because it will take more monies (dxy) to purchase things.
