Who the fuck owns all the chainlink? Anons dont have that much. There are 22.5 million staked, not all anons staked but many did. Outside of biz, there is no significant retail holding it. Lets say there are 1000 anons holding an average of 20k. Thats only 20 million.
Even exchanges dont own that much. Ftx owned 16.5 million link before the "hack", and binance has two big wallets with maybe 30 million total.
But there are several wallets with millions of link, who owns these?

I'd say a lot of million+ wallets are earmarked for otc transfers to large institutional partnerships.

They'll give SWIFT and others enough link to use CCIP for free for several years as an incentive to enter the partnership
