I'm not a boomer but I know 2008 left so many people fucked out of cash and they couldn't buy the massive dip. So I want a game plan for liquidity incase shit does hit the fan. I currently have a bunch of biotech funds and general market ETFs. I figure these will do ok and will drop 15-20% at most but then I'll move into TQQQ and ride the bailout wave
