I just realized you can't deposit Euros into Binance anymore.
Customer support said it's because they lost their partner PaySafe.
I was interested in Binance's low 1€ SEPA fees, compared to Ledger's 2%
So how are people doing it now?

Debit card (VISA), I stopped using SEPA bank transfers a month ago

Card is giving me the same error popup as SEPA transfer though
"Service temporarily unavailable"

It also has that 2% fee, right?

Binance has a 2% fee when buying with debit card. I usually buy for 500 USD and 10 of that is the fee.

There's other exchanges, though they do have less liquidity. You can just google "BTC exchange", and check the reputability of the ones you find.

You're full of shit. They must have blocked you specifically or your shit hole country. When I do the SEPA transfer, I'm charged 1 EUR flat, that's it. Worked two days ago for me

Buy a crypto that isn't volatile and has cheap transaction fees on kraken and then transfer that crypto to Binance and liquidate it to have funds to trade with.
Do it in the reverse order to cash out but since you have to ask this question, I doubt you'll be making gains anyway

Kraken/Bitstamp, safest combo
Been using them for 10 years in EU
