what does /biz/ think of this?

real? fake? is it trying to help or fund the manufactured collapse?

I'm in Aus and in a very good position to buy a second house, my plan was to buy in April, however the housing crash seems to have been a non event, but some of the (paid) news reports say that it's not going to last and crash anyway...

any thoughts anons?

Housing crash may take years to realise, in 2008 it took 3-4 years

I'm in Aus too, what state/area are you looking to buy in? Looking to buy a rental? Whats your budget?

Your existing equity will be worth 20% of what it is now, and that's just your first property.
Where are the buyers? How much can they borrow? Do you think the RBA will allow the AUD to drop less than 50c against the USD?

The timeframe for the housing collapse is unknown, but is likely in months rather than years.

in AUS... you've already lost my friend, they are turning it back to what it was in 1788 and 1868 but in a modern way, if you have money get the fuck out now
