Technical Traders, what is your fool proof strategy for day/swing trading and finding a good crypto/stock to trade?
RSI? MACD? EMA?

I'm dipping my feet in and there's loads of different ones out there.

200 MA is really all you need. Check the weekly and daily chart first. Then move into the smaller time frames, or however you trade. Some people will also use golden cross/death cross as trend confirmation. Volume profile is cool too. It shows the volume traded at the different price points, giving you support/resistance levels. As always, check multiple time frames. That's where most traders fuck up.

Thanks, i'll look into that one. I've been having success with the stochastic RSI + chaikins on the 15m time frame. I use 3 EMAs on smaller frames as well

No problem. Pic related shows the SP 500 (SPY) week long chart, covering the past 10 years. It's really that easy. Buy above, sell below. But if you move into small time frames make sure that the long and medium term trend is also in your favor. Which you can also check using the 200 MA. Keep it simple.

i like vzo cause not many use it (more edge) and it gives a clearer overbought/oversold signals than rsi.
helps to read the technical pdfs and legitimate strats that go w/indicators and implement own strats OP
