Why doesn't anyone want to buy a house. They won't go cheaper. If interest goes down, price of the house goes up. If interest goes up, rent the house out and profit from increased rental prices. I'm debating buying two houses and taking advantage of what's happening. Remember "Show fear when others are greedy. Go balls to the wall when others are cucked into fear"
