It'll depend on the severity of the upcoming recession. If unemployment skyrockets than people aren't gonna be able to afford their mortgage along with high priced food, energy and other amenities. Credit card, auto loans, student debt and mortgage payments are barely being held together. Once the downsizes start happening the time bomb will go off
