I've taken two months off and the strength and flexibility in my legs is top notch, but the inflammation is still there.
I haven't had time to brace my wrists yet all the time because the braces would get filthy due to cooking, cleaning, exercising and other chores such as tending my lawn and garden. Also trying to build a site as it seems to be one of my few options
