The last time I bought a physical game I got the Orange Box from GameStop so I could play portal without reownloading it.
It took like 4 hours to install and then forced me to redownload everything over my parent's shitty satellite (the old kind) internet. It legit took days because it forced me to update Steam too and used like half our monthly data transfer allowance.
All non-free games are shitty these days even if you buy physical copies, there's no point in not pirating them.
