I'm a L1 maxxi. I have bags all across Kava, Avalanche and Solana. Should I consider buying BASE as my first ever L2? If only just because of hype alone, I think L2's are doomed to fail just like Polygon and Arbitrum failed but maybe the Coinbase rep will make it a worthwhile buy.

Kava is going to be Cosmos' main L1 since it sucks ETH's cock so hard. Avalanche is talked about here daily so that needs no introduction. Solana got fucked once FTX died and the general bear market but that didn't kill it completely. BASE is now Coinbase's own attempt at making their own altchain. Could perform well or not. We'll see

There is certainly an argument on how important Kava is to actually make Cosmos worth a damn once again, and there's certainly a lot to talk about when it comes to Polygon's comically fast downfall, but in the end you should buy if there's demand, and right now the demand is $BASE, like it or not.
