Its retarded to take the US long term risk at the current yield and inflation level. Higher for longer, more rate hikes needed, so people are going to take US risk again to feed niggers. An alternative would be to stop feeding niggers, which would result in chimping

It's different this time, the FED already silently turned the printers back on by letting banks cash in their low yield bonds at par value and then buy high yield bonds and pocket the spread with zero risk, this is driving up short term bond prices since they will need to buy back their matured bonds that they gave back to the Fed. It looks like people are panic buying short term bonds because of fear but really it's just free money.

typically you get more interest for holding a bond longer. Why? Because people want more money sooner. So the yield on short term bonds is typically lower. The fed has to offer higher yields to get people to take longer term bonds.
But that calculus changes before a recession. In recessions the Fed typically lowers interest rates, so people want to lock in a longer term bond a the current "high" rate.
The effect of this is called "flattening" or "inverting" the yield curve. Usually yields increase with the length of the bond, sloping upwards. But before a recession they flatten or slope downwards.
But is this a good gauge of recession? Usually yes.
How long does it take between the start of a yield curve inversion to the start of a recession (where OP's graph goes negative)? Typically it takes 6-12 months. But the yield curve went negative 2 full yers before the 2008 crash.
This implies we're headed for a 2008 scale recession arriving 12-24 months after the yield curve inversion (april 2022).
It arrives in October

Sell the real estate? They will need dollar reserves to keep their funny money from hyperinflating after the excesses in central state money creation they pumped and are likely pumping more into their depressed economy. Expropriation? To prevent them from crashing the US real estate market to prop up their economy.

It's just the deterministic outcome of global risk distribution in the wake of the risk being deflated and everyone fucking each other over. Globalism is over, back to Great power politics, international anarchy and protectionism

The media is has been shilling a lot lately Bidenomics and how great and prosperous the economy is. They also redefined the term "recession" last year to keep up the illusion. The powers at be will do whatever it takes to keep Trump out so there's no way they'll let the economy crash, whether they do another massive bailout or sending rates to zero, they won't allow the economy to nosedive before November 2024
