no, people aren't making enough money to afford housing, basically anywhere in the western world. You can thank housing speculators and greedy employers for taking your kids' prosperity from them. The caveats are shithole middle of nowhere places where a factory job or working as a mechanic can pay your bills because the cost of living is practically worthless, but those areas come with enough baggage that it's basically not worth living there for any price. (think gasoline in your drinking water, that kind of shit)
