classic case of white cops arrests person of color. /biz/ won't want to admit it, but this actually is a pretty racist image. that cop selectively chose the kid of color to make an example of. it happened on a very subconscious level, which is what a lot of academics call "internalized racism". it's a cringe term that is a very really thing. just my two cents.
