I already have a job in a factory and I'm likely going to work my career there, but some more money would be useful rn. is there a way of achieving that?

You should invest your time, money and effort into increasing your wage at your job. If it is not feasible - invest your time, money and effort into changing your job to one where it is feasible.
This is the most stable money making strategy, albeit with average results.

If you are American, yes you can find remote jobs easily. Not always perfect at the start, and not always fun, but I make 20/hr doing some bullshit work but I cant handle doing more than 3-4 hours a day because I get so bored. But it is my second job, so I don't need the money.
There are many options for tutoring english as well.
But yeah, you can always talk to your manager about how you see yourself in this company for a few years and your goals are to have X salary, and you want help getting on that path to reach your goals.

What did you make like $25 on that trade?
I can't imagine your risk/return ratio is favorable, but 10k is better than nothing I guess. Good job.

Market capitalization, sometimes referred to as market cap, is the total value of a publicly traded company's outstanding common shares owned by stockholders. Market capitalization is equal to the market price per common share multiplied by the number of common shares outstanding.
