When did you exactly took the soup pill, fellow NEETS?
-Easy to make: just cut and add a shitton of vegetables, add meat or chicken, maybe even pasta. Nutrients guaranteed
-You can make a shitton of it to eat all week: you can stop thinking "what should I cook today?" like a soild food cuck. Also it's easy to boil again to drink at any time
-Easily digested: Stop wasting time in the toilet and save a lot of toilet paper since you'll piss out most of it
All in all, soup is the ultimate food and you can argue against it.

Yeah soup is good, you can used tomatoes or chicken stock as base.
I guess the only thing I struggled with were the spices. A lot of soup recipes or one pot recipes talk about things like cumin, coriander.. I don't know what those taste like I really only know salt pepper garlic etc

Hmmm I'm actually a schizoid who doesn't enjoy the taste of food, I don't use spices at all (not even salt) I just add a bunch of random chopped vegetables and some chicken in water and hope for the best . Cooking/Eating is a chore for me so I cook a lot one day for the whole week. Since the requirement of nutrients is important , soup seems to be the best food ever made for neets

I never have to think about cooking, probably because I'm not soup sucking chinlet. My wife is a SAHM and does all the shopping and cooking according to my dietary wishes.
