I have a full-time job where I effectively only work ~2-3 hours a day. I have a relatively powerful computer (Ryzen 7 7700X / 32GB RAM / RTX 3090).
How can I profit off this? I feel like I'm wasting so much potential not making money when I get paid to do nothing.

Do something you enjoy. Find a hobby, write a book, just something that you can do quietly in idle hours and put down when the job gets more active. Don't waste your time on pursuing the grindset mentality, appreciate whatever slack you can get and fill it with something that makes you happy.
