I just tried and it does give you a script to use, but also says that Twitter’s API is subject to change and its knowledge cutoff is September 2021, so I’m thinking it’s likely that it won’t work. maybe try some more, shill your stuff in other spaces (like facebook, craigslist, specialized forums, whatever)
look for seo or something similar if you have a website. if not, just google "how to promote a product or service" ffs...
I'm no expert, but I've read about blackhat seo a bit, and I say do it the organic way because it's too easy to see fake bot campaigns: inorganic campaigns become obvious when you see that the people behind them made no effort whatsoever, and that might get you in trouble one day. plus bots won't necessarily help you.
