So i'm starting a line of ejuice for a niche flavor category, Out of the house online style.

How do I cover my ass? I order juice online all the time and no one ever cards me its just a button asking if I'm 18 or older (this is all in the united states btw) , will that be good enough?

I'll be selling to other businesses as well do I need a licence for business to business sales tax purposes?

any other thoughts?
