>made a massive server infrastructure investment just before the AI craze
>everyone in the western world knows the brand
>makes money as a Chinese flea-market delivering low-cost goods
>poorfags cancel subs and now spend to get the free delivery
>assets everywhere and cutting-edge logistics

>at the point where it is literally operating as both a utility, has microphones in millions of homes and getting product delivered rather than going to a physical store is deeply embedded in the public psyche

Do you know what a growth company is?

This is hilarious. Amazon has become noticeably worse in the past year alone. Ever since they silently removed the 2 day shipping from Prime, 90% of my packages take 4-7 days to get to me. I ordered two in-stock items recently, one finally shipped 29 days later, the other took two weeks to leave a warehouse. This is all s&s from Amazon with Prime too, by the way. If I order something from Target, most things get to me in 2-3 days which is faster than Amazon at this point.

I'm one of the delivery drones. I don't know about any of the other stuff, but our routing has slowly been getting worse and worse. Even for the exact same route.

Anon, they're negative free cash flow because they're investing back into the business like any growth company does. They can choose to change the levers and make insane profits whenever they want, but they're thinking bigger than that.

i stopped paying for prime after the recent price hike, because i would pay more than if i were to just pay for premium shipping for each order i make over he year.
All the bloat they added onto that is just driving up the price for me who just wants free premium shipping.
They should go back to their roots and be a marketplace.
