The problem with work is the other people. I literally can't bear to face another 40 years of work before retirement, surrounded by scheming, retarded, NPC normies.

I'm seeing a new type of awfulness in my current job where the org chart is fucked and my team is just a giant mishmash of people. There are a few people who have put themselves in charge and I'm being marginalised.

I think I'm particularly uncharismatic and people really don't like spending any time around me. I literally have zero confidence in passing any process that involves anyone judging me through any subjective criteria.

Work from home has been a saviour but I can't totally escape things. My worst experiences have been while working from home. A few previous managers basically told me I don't fit in and tried to shove me out while lying about me.

I curse the fact that I didn't do a computer science degree or go in to technical jobs.

God I hate normalfag work culture so much. It sucks having to "fit in" and play their gay little games. Not worth it in my opinion, there are better options to make a living out there.
