49 dollars is full scale. You’ll start at around 20. And they won’t let you get enough hours to hit full scale for years. It’s a big game to churn uneducated but youthful ambitious kids “oh people usually have to wait 10 years to be a driver but your so special we just let you do it” it’s a big psyop.

For all of you retards wondering no you can’t just show up and become a driver and no you can’t get $49 immediately. You have to be a part time warehouse wagecuck for at least a year. Sometimes driving positions at that local warehouse won’t open up for 5 years. If you move to a different UPS hub your seniority restarts so you’ll need to wait at least another year. If you do manage to get a driving job they start you off only a few days per week while timing you and making sure you can memorize the route and even make improvements. Also you won’t max out until 5 years. Which means it’s 6+ years you’ll have to wait until you can get $49 an hour

There is plenty of package drivers and feeder drivers (some of which have juicy sleeper runs that are 3 days long so they get 4 days off) clearing over 150k easy. None of that includes whether they're buying discounted ups stocks and selling for a profit later on in their career so they could possibly be clearing way more than that after they're allowed to sell.
