If one market maker is fucking things up for the rest of the street after a decade of pissing in every regulatory anythings face they're going to get heemed and eaten by everyone else so the show can go on. If this really is the end of finance as everyone knows it and it's all about to go to blockchain on a public ledger then every participant is incentivized to get as much out of the system as they can as fast as they can before that system no longer exists and it becomes much harder to turn a profit. It's absurd that people actually think "shutting off the internet" is actually a possibility to interfere with MOASS.
