Have you ever noticed competent female bosses/peers get the same shit men do? I have a manager who is both very attractive and very competent, along with knowing systems inside and out and willing to do a 7/12 week to get shit done. She gets told she is too harsh in feedback and never really pushed for promotion

Other women bounce around the place like puppies talking and get promoted and expected to do no work, they are lucky to be at work on time and leave early and no one cares. It isn’t even looks, the hard working one is the best looking in this place

my old boss was an early 30s, 300 pound woman (legitimate thyroid problem due to cancer) with a very blunt and hard-assed personality. she was very competent and nice to work with unless you were a fuck-up. she managed to climb from entry level accountant to controller in about 11 years, all at the same publicly traded company and without a CPA.
