Literally use any chair, just make sure you get up every 30 mins or so for a couple minutes, walk around. Also, go to the gym and don't skip on hip/lower back exercises, especially abduction. All the pain people get from sitting comes from having weak hips/core and zero stabilizer muscles, so their posture is fucked on an internal level (inside their hip bone). Muscles like piriformis and psoas get basically no love in day to day. So you have to build them up and adjust your posture so they are actually being activated.
