Yes you can get them cheaper second hand but I'm not poor and I'm not going places to pick it up myself, check if they're not scamming me etc.

A fresh new one, not sat in by some fat bastard or wagecuck normie. Totally worth it in my opinion.

I NEVER have backaches anymore and most of all there's no issues with the cushion impacting over time since it's a mesh. So essentially it feels like you're floating and it never irritates no matter how long you sit in it.

Literally use any chair, just make sure you get up every 30 mins or so for a couple minutes, walk around. Also, go to the gym and don't skip on hip/lower back exercises, especially abduction. All the pain people get from sitting comes from having weak hips/core and zero stabilizer muscles, so their posture is fucked on an internal level (inside their hip bone). Muscles like piriformis and psoas get basically no love in day to day. So you have to build them up and adjust your posture so they are actually being activated. I don't care what you expect. As long as people are dumb enough to pay taxes and there is money to get i will take it. Why would i not? There is no moral ground to stand on here. I have no incentive to cease.
If you don't like me getting taxmoney then you have to start complaining to those who get the most of your taxmoney, who will ignore you and gaslight you with the same morality arguments you would try and use on me. You will probably leave that argument somehow paying even more taxes than you were previously.
If you don't want me or them getting taxmoney, stop paying it. There are so many legal options available to you, which they and i will exploit, that there is no justification for paying it except some retarded virtue signalling or actual incompetence. No one is going to salute you for "maintaining" society by paying taxes because you are, in fact, not. The only exception to this is very few select taxes which contribute directly to the areas of society from which the tax originates. And usually you cannot avoid them.

Overpriced chairs are a crutch and might even be bad for you.
Train your body properly every day and you can sit on anything for 16 hours straight without having any pain ever.

I don't see the issue with these things.
Tradies always talk about how you need to spend money on good tools, well one of the main tools for an office worker is your desk setup. If it makes you more productive and reduces the chance of injury, it's worth the money.
I think that mindset of spending money on tools applies to expensive software too. So if you're an office worker and could benefit significantly from a $1k MATLAB license or whatever, go for it.

The correct way to buy a high end (steelcase/herman miller) chair is to directly contact a dealer and they'll get you 10-20% off or buying it used for 20% of the price if you live in a big tech city with alot of startups. Or in Steelcase's part you can wait till Black Friday and probably get it for 50%+ off.

Used to own a used Herman Miller Aeron from 2003 and it lasted really well until 2021 where the mesh weave would start fraying, and ended up purchasing a Steelcase Gesture with Headrest for $900 or something on Amazon during black friday. few years ago.
