Oh no they totally are, it's all complete dogshit to get suckers to inject liquidity, more often than not IDOs for "new" projects are actually old projects but rebranded in order to get orders to fulfill old debt and absolve older buyers (and generating even more money from people), ompletely fucking over these new buyers.
