Anyone else here considering buying a home in Kansas City, MO? Property values are stupid cheap, while rental prices are commiserate with areas priced much higher. What gives? What's going on with Kansas City, MO?

No bait, and I own a few homes in CA already. The trick is don't rent to nigs and you cut your problem tenant issues to near zero. I don't know Kansas City, but from street views the surrounding neighborhood doesn't look awful. People mow their lawns, no broken down cars, no nigs posted up on corners, etc. That said if the area doesn't attract at least poor whites or foreign east asians i'll have to keep looking.
