>I live in city 2, and ship items out of house, registered house as sales venue with state for sales tax.
>Hire CPA to help me get through IRS EIN issue, and do my taxes.
>She fails to help with IRS EIN issue for about a year.
>She doesn't do my taxes on time, and files 2x extensions, lies and says I submitted late.
>Lies and says she started them when she didn't.
>Today (JULY FUCKING 18TH) she says she's done, and sends me return to sign.
>I sign it, and trust she's done everything correctly.
>Check later, and it lists my old address in city 1 from 5+ years ago.

How absolutely FUCKED am I right now? Can this shit be easily amended or am I rekt? I have no idea how/why she used that address with the IRS and the state, and I'm totally fucking pissed right now. It looks like she filed the extensions with that old address too.. fuck.
