That doesn't matter because the stock market is a ponzi scheme now. All that matters is that the Fed and the government keep pumping money to expand valuations. Yes and please explain why that matters? Fed policy and yields are extremely accommodative right now. We have 4-5% yields and 30-50% growth. It doesn't matter if the consumer slows down because companies can just take out a loan for free money. A 6% loan is easy to pay back with 50%+ growth. If the most blue-chip low risk companies can be expected to grow 20% per year due to AI, long bonds need to have 20% yield or so to entice investors out not 4% and the US can't pay that high of a yield on treasuries. Correct, and because of AI we can safely pull forward future expected earnings. AI could produce infinite growth and earnings in the future, so therefore it's impossible to say that stocks like NVDA and MSFT are overvalued. We could look back at NVDA in 10 years in disbelief at how undervalued it actually is right now

>Until NVDA is the world's most valuable company there's no reason to be afraid IMO.

yes. This tendency goes back a long ways in markets. A stock that has mooned for reasons not exactly related to the company's success, and P&D, can develop a cult following. Groups of people who follow its every move hoping it will spike again some time preferably when they're long on it. This cult following can persist for years after the initial P&D.
