Law school or Med school? Which is better financial decision? Assuming you have the stats to get into an MD program you probably have a very good chance of getting an 175+ Lsat and going to t-14 law school.

Med school will allow you to travel the world and be desired in any country
Law school, everything is very specific to where you are but the potential for political power lies this way

Neurologist here
Don't go MD route is all I can say. Diseased human bodies are gross, hospital doctors are psychopaths, private practice is soulless and repetitive. Going into non-clinical specialties is for weirdos.
I guess going for law is also soul sucking but at least you can live a normal life as a person that has to deal with death, disease, and responsibility for the life of others only rarely.

Is private practice so soulless you want to eat a shot gun or is it something you can feel fine punching a clock as long as you don't have call?

Do you like crippling people? Do you like killing people? Do you like seeing as many patients as possible (100 pts/day) talking to them like speed talker, so you can quickly get to the other? Do you like being a pharma bitch? If so, you have a bright career as doctor.

It's literally being surrounded by shit, puke, spit, piss, blood and other disgusting body fluids day in day out.
Not to mention that you constantly have to deal with whiney ungrateful boomers.

Just do law
When doctors go on strike less people die
The worst you’ll do as a lawyer is let guilty people go free but as a doctor you will be have the blood of innocents on your hands
Especially when you start out
You’ll be killing people left And right

lawyer here. it fucking sucks. no idea about med school, but many of my wealthier clients are doctors, so maybe there's something to it. doctors are a freaky bunch though, all are at least a bit fucked up in the head, not sure why.

This is true. Half my relatives were slain by negligent doctors whose medical opinion was 'let's try, I dunno, maybe it'll work, lol'
