For the last few years, these things have been popping up by the tens of thousand. I can drive for 5 minutes in any direction and see at least 2 of these estates. Every picturesque village now has at least one of these tacked on the side. Any other bong will be able to empathise.
How can they keep parroting the "housing shortage" line when the reality seems so contrary? What happens when we hit 10%+ interest rates and they can't offload these windowless boxes anymore?
