People who thinks an RE crash is coming: do you understand how inflation works? Most of the price of a house today is due to inflation. Maybe 20% if assett appreciation because of the bubble, but probably due more to the inventory and supply issues. . There will be no "cheap" housing. The best you can hope for is housing appreciation to return to normal rates and do what you can do level up your salary and earning potential.
