This is the case for every crypto ever. FFS Ethereum is still working on the scaling that it said it was developing since like 2017. Bitcoin is the same. Almost every project has been stuck in the same phase of development.

Chainlink is no different than anything else out there. The product they set out to build is out there. Main net is online. They haven't implemented proper staking yet because they are still figuring out the economics. They haven't released CCIP yet because it needs to work flawlessly from the beginning so they are testing the hell out of it.

Chainlink is no different than any other company in the space. They are triyng to tackle a huge and difficult problem and it takes time to do it correctly. Just because they haven't rushed their products to market doesn't mean they aren't developing them.
