Anons who sacrificed their 20s to live ascetic lives in order to save money to build a better future (not owning cars, travel, fancy clothing) - was it worth it in the end?

Invested most of my income into crypto til 25. Now I'm late 20s with huge Link stack but also still had some fun traveling. Basically all I did was work, gym and crypto. I have never felt better. It's worth it if you don't fully neglected your life and still live a little.
