I was literally on a piracy forum where we were laughing about its use case. This was when they gave them out for free if you signed up via email. We speculated it could be used to pay for cracking services. I just forgot about it. Again in 2012 I came into money and bought silver instead of crypto.

The only time I bought crypto was during 2021.

It was probably 2010-2011 time frame, whenever threads started showing up on /g/, although it was a bit after before I actually started getting into it. I kind of want to kms when I think about how much money I'd have now if I had held onto all those coins I mined back then instead of selling basically all of them for probably $5k total while BTC was still in the double or triple digits.
