It's a mixed bag, Parcel is definitely pic related. We were led to believe it would be a paratime, then it would "settle" to the oasis network (and we never got a clear answer on how), and now parcel is dead. Emerald was extremely janky for an EVM, but with Sapphire they learned from those mistakes and honestly it works exactly as intended. Problem is that roughly 0 people give a shit about developing on sapphire/OPL. Metamirror is dead due to no funding. ARX is dead because they are scared of the SEC. All we have are Trout NFTs at the moment, not exactly the most exciting usecase of a blockchain with full confidentiality features.
