All jokes aside here's the breakdown

1. Successfully leverage trade my way to $10,000,000

2. Short-term trades, lets just say its probably going to equal to 50% Taxes

3. $5,000,000 remains after taxes

4. Look for house in the suburb I grew up in where I always want to live: = $3,000,000

5. Various fees/charges/stamp duty costs = $300,000

6. Fix the house up = $500,000

7. Total to buy/fees/fix up = $3,800,000 estimated cost

8. Put $700,000 into boomer stocks

9. Leave $250,000 in bank account for whatever

10. Transfer back last $250,000 back into margin account to start leverage trading again

If you're smart enough to do leverage trading until $10,000,000, you're smart enough to dodge taxes.

best idea I have is buying the XOR dip, they're hugely discounted right now, having in mind they're releasing their own debit card soon, that meaning a ridiculous pump as soon as it popularizes

Anon, I...
Also making it means having an expensive house but not retiring? $700k of boomer stocks can net you around $28k/year adjusting for inflation, probably not enough to live on with property taxes and maintenance.

Leverage trading is the ultimate move at the moment, especially with the array of tools up for grabs. Personally, I'm all about tokenmetrics, utilizing 80+ data points and 50 technical analysis indicators across 6k tokens to uncover potential investment and trading prospects. And hey, let's not forget the significance of solid risk management.
