Ever since 3 senior developers left, my boss have been jumpy and micromanaging the remaining employees including me. Every he will ask what's the progress, what's the blockers, etc. He's not like this before they left. He usually only ask about us on the weekly. Ugh. Work has becoming an annoyance to me. I used to love this workplace.
