1 year ain't shit. By the time you get in, you're almost out.
I remember when i had 1 year left, i was so excited thinking i was almost home.
Use the year to get into shape a bit and read some books, and catch ip on sleep.
Dont gamble, dont get too involved in drama, and you'll be fine.
Also, dump your girlfriend before you go in and dont talk to her while you're locked up. She will be out fucking if shes leas then 30 and worrying about that shit will be the worst part of it all.
