Bong bros, what are some crypto-friendly UK banks? Just had an email from GnatWest telling me they're going to start limiting my interactions with "areas of high risk of financial crime (such as cryptocurrency exchanges)" after September.

I'm with Nationwide and they are alright, only limit crypto purchases to £5k per day

Got the same email today from RBS - we'll be restricting deposits from crypto. WTF is going on? Operation Choke Point? How do we cash out? I've got £35k in crypto here and will cash out next bull run if these fuckers let me. I might cash it into an EU bank account though - got one in Germany and I wont pay any capital gains on it. Fuck this country.

Santander also stopped crypto exchange transfers a while ago, the cunts.
Co-operative bank have let me transfer in the past to Binance, then put a hold on it until I called and told them to put it through. Dont know what their policy right now it though.

Look into your local CU's
They are much more customer friendly and offer way better rates in most cases anyway. The smaller the better. Use multiple.

regulation is coming. banks will frontrun it by doing something so they don't end up on the front pages of the tabloids accused of negligence (see all the recent fuss over gambling companies)
